Who we are

Beauto is an independently developed service operating the website at beauto.tech. For privacy requests, email support@beauto.tech or use the contact page.

Information we collect

• Account. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile photo, and Google account identifier so we can create and recognize your account.
• Photographs and results. We store the images you upload, the style and settings you choose, and the images we generate. Creations are private to your account.
• Credits and orders. We store credit grants, reservations, and purchases, including the plan, amount, currency, and order status.
• Payment details. Stripe processes your card or other payment method. We receive a customer reference, order status, and subscription status. We do not store your full card number.
• Support messages. If you email us, we keep the message and the account details needed to reply.
• Technical data. Our servers record basic logs such as IP address, browser type, and request time to keep the service secure and to diagnose failures.

How we use it

• Sign you in and keep your creations and credit balance available.
• Upload, transform, and deliver images you request.
• Take payment, grant credits, renew or cancel subscriptions, and handle refunds.
• Detect abuse, fraud, and content that breaks the Terms of Service.
• Reply to support, privacy, and billing requests.

We do not sell your personal information or your photographs. We do not train our own models with your photographs. Image generation requires sending your photograph to SeeAPI; this statement does not claim that we operate or control its models.

Who processes data for us

We use these providers to run Beauto:

• Google — account sign-in.
• Supabase — the database that stores accounts, jobs, credits, and orders.
• Cloudflare — storage and delivery of uploaded and generated images.
• SeeAPI, our image-generation provider — receives the photograph and style instructions needed to create the result you requested.
• Stripe — checkout, invoices, subscriptions, and refunds.
• Vercel — hosting for the website and API.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or if it is necessary to investigate abuse or protect users.

Cookies and local storage

Beauto uses essential browser storage to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party marketing trackers. You can sign out, or clear the site’s storage in your browser, which will end the session.

How long we keep it

• Photographs and results stay available while your account is open, so you can review and download them.
• You can request deletion of individual creations by emailing support with the creation date or identifier. We remove the stored source and result after processing your request.
• When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your photographs and results and disable sign-in. We keep billing records we are required to retain, with personal details reduced to what the financial record needs.
• Security logs are kept only as long as needed to investigate abuse and operate the service.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your account data, correct your account email by signing in with the right Google account, or ask us to delete the account. Email support@beauto.tech from the address on the account. If consumer privacy law where you live gives you additional rights, tell us which request you are making and we will respond.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than where you live, including the United States. Contact us if you need information about which providers receive your data before you upload a photograph.

Children

Beauto is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly create accounts for anyone under 18.
