Terms of Service

The service

Beauto is an independently developed service. Beauto lets you upload a photograph, choose a curated style, and receive an AI-transformed image. We choose the model and settings for each style. Results can vary, and a transformation is not guaranteed to match a preview or to be unique.

Accounts

• You need a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for activity under that account.
• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
• You may close your account by emailing support@beauto.tech. Cancel any active subscription first, or ask us to cancel it with the closure request.

Your photographs and results

• You keep ownership of the photographs you upload.
• You grant Beauto a limited license to host, transmit, and process those photographs only to run the service, store your creations, and provide support.
• You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload each photograph and to allow it to be transformed.
• When a generation succeeds, you may use that result for personal or commercial projects, provided you had the rights to the source photograph and the result does not infringe someone else’s rights.
• We do not claim ownership of your results. We also do not promise that an output is free of artifacts, or that it can be registered as your exclusive work.

Acceptable use

You may not use Beauto to:

• Upload or generate illegal content, including sexual content involving minors, or any pornographic or sexually explicit content.
• Create non-consensual intimate imagery, or impersonate someone in order to deceive or defraud.
• Upload a photograph you do not have the right to use.
• Interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, or bypass credit, rate, or billing limits.
• Resell access to Beauto or use it to build a competing generation service.

We may refuse a generation, remove content, or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Credits used on a successful generation that violates these terms are not returned.

Credits and subscriptions

• New accounts receive a one-time grant of 2 welcome credits. Each current style costs 4 credits per successful transformation, so additional credits must be purchased before the first generation. Welcome credits cannot be redeemed for cash. All credits are non-transferable and usable only for Beauto image transformations.
• Paid plans and credit packs are listed on the pricing page and confirmed again at checkout, including the price, currency, and billing period.
• A generation reserves credits when it starts and spends them only if it succeeds. If it fails, is canceled, or expires on our side, the reserved credits are released.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Cancellation stops future charges and future credit grants. Credits already added to your balance remain available, and paid access continues through the end of the current period.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases. Those credits stay on your account while the account is open. They are not a subscription.
• Prices for new purchases may change. Any subscription price change will be communicated before it takes effect, giving you an opportunity to cancel before renewal.
• Taxes may be added at checkout when required.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

Availability and liability

Beauto is provided as available. Generation depends on third-party model providers, and delays or failed jobs can happen. Our responsibility for a failed paid generation is to release the credits for that job, or, where a payment itself should be reversed, to follow the Refund Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, Beauto is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for how you publish or sell a generated image. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived, including consumer rights where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. If you keep using Beauto after an update, the new terms apply to that use. A change does not alter a purchase you already completed, except where a renewal happens after the new terms are posted.
